1. Composite Fillings Guarantee

• Duration: Five (5) years from the date of treatment.
• Coverage:
  • Protects against detachment or fracture of composite fillings under normal use.
• Exclusions:
  • Does not cover secondary caries (tooth decay) around the composite filling, as this depends on the client’s oral hygiene and dietary habits.
  • Damage caused by external trauma or improper use, such as biting hard objects, is excluded.
  • The guarantee will be voided if the client refuses recommended additional procedures or delays their completion.
• Conditions:
  • Clients must attend routine dental check-ups at least once or twice a year to maintain guarantee validity.
  • Proper oral hygiene practices, as advised by our specialists at Royal Dental Care®, are mandatory.

2. Root Canal Treatment Guarantee

• Duration: Ten (10) years from the date of treatment.
• Coverage:
  • Ensures that the treated root canals remain free of infections during the covered period.
• Exclusions:
  • Applies only if the client completes the final restoration, including the placement of a permanent filling and crown, to protect the treated tooth.
  • Damage from neglecting oral hygiene, external trauma, or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions is not covered.
  • The guarantee will be voided if the client refuses recommended additional procedures or delays their completion.
• Conditions:
  • Attendance at regular dental check-ups (at least annually or biannually) to monitor the treated tooth and restoration is required.

3. Non-Metal Prostheses (Crowns, Bridges, Veneers) Guarantee

• Duration: Fifteen (15) years from the date of installation.
• Coverage:
  • Protects against structural defects or fractures in prosthetic devices under normal conditions.
  • Includes one-time complimentary re-cementation if the prosthesis becomes loose.
• Exclusions:
  • Does not cover damage to the underlying tooth, such as fractures caused by caries, poor oral hygiene, or external trauma.
  • Additional re-cementation due to client-related causes, such as sticky or hard foods, will incur a fee.
  • Issues arising from cementation after the initial complimentary correction are not included.
  • The guarantee will be voided if the client refuses recommended additional procedures or delays their completion.
• Conditions:
  • Clients must attend routine dental check-ups once or twice a year.
  • Adherence to recommended oral hygiene practices and dietary precautions is essential.

4. Dental Implants Guarantee

• Duration: Lifetime guarantee for the implant fixture.
• Coverage:
  • Protects against manufacturing defects or material failure in the implant fixture.
• Exclusions:
  • Does not apply to loss of bone integration (osseointegration) due to excessive force, poor hygiene, or improper care.
  • Prosthetic components like abutments and crowns are excluded from this guarantee but are covered under the 15-year non-metal prosthesis guarantee.
  • If an implant covered under the guarantee needs replacement, only the implant fixture itself is covered. The crown on the implant is not included in the guarantee and must be replaced at the client’s expense.
  • The guarantee will be voided if the client refuses recommended additional procedures or delays their completion.
• Conditions:
  • Attendance at regular dental check-ups (at least once or twice yearly) to ensure implant health and longevity.
  • Proper care and oral hygiene, as advised by our dental experts, is required.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Case Evaluation:
   • All warranty claims are individually assessed by Royal Dental Care®. The clinic reserves the final authority to determine whether the issue qualifies for coverage under the guarantee.
2. Regular Check-Ups:
   • Routine check-ups (once or twice per year) are mandatory to validate guarantees. Failure to attend check-ups will void the warranty.
3. Immediate Reporting and Emergency Visits:
   • Clients must report any issue or concern immediately through Royal Dental Care®’s official communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, or Viber).
   • An emergency visit should be scheduled promptly to address the issue. Delayed reporting or scheduling may result in complications that are difficult to repair and may not be covered under the guarantee.
4. Service Credit for Unperformed Treatments:
   • If a service covered under the guarantee cannot be performed again (e.g., due to a necessary change in the treatment plan), the client will receive a credit equivalent to the original cost paid of the covered service.
   • This credit will be added to the client’s account and can only be used for future services at Royal Dental Care®. The credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Client Responsibility:
   • Clients are required to adhere to post-treatment care instructions and maintain proper oral hygiene.
   • Any signs of complications must be promptly addressed through follow-up visits as recommended.
6. Exclusions:
   • External factors, including trauma, misuse, or consumption of inappropriate foods, are not covered.
   • Dental work performed by other providers voids the warranty.
7. Non-Transferability:
   • Guarantees are personal to the client who received the treatment and cannot be transferred.
8. Validity:
   • Guarantees are valid from the date of treatment for the specified duration, provided all conditions are met.
9. Limitations:
   • Coverage applies exclusively to treatments performed at Royal Dental Care® and does not extend to untreated areas or neighboring teeth.
